One Thing: Rejoice Always

"...Yet I will rejoice in the LORD;
    I will take joy in the God of my salvation."

Habakkuk 3:18

By reading the verses that come immediately before this one, we see that Habakkuk is declaring his continual rejoicing in the Lord -- even if things go really wrong.

One Thing: Rejoicing in the Lord is not based on happenings; I can always take joy in His mercy.
